Common questions
Does it cost my business anything?
No. We supply the machine, fit it, stock it and look after it at our own cost. You provide the space and a standard plug socket. Staff pay for what they buy, by card or contactless.
How many people do we need on site?
Usually 20 or more people on site each day, or a steady flow of visitors. If you're not sure, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether a machine would work for you.
Who restocks the machine?
We do. Every machine reports its stock levels to us remotely, so we restock before anything runs out, normally on a weekly visit.
What if the machine breaks down?
Call or email us and we'll sort it. Repairs and maintenance are part of the service and never cost you anything.
Can we choose what goes in it?
Yes. We start with popular drinks, crisps, chocolate and snacks from brands like Coca-Cola, McCoy's and Cadbury, then adjust the range to what your team actually buys.

Harlow and roughly 15 to 20 miles around it, including Bishop's Stortford, Epping, Hertford, Ware, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Waltham Abbey and Chelmsford.
