MCFALL Vending Services ("we") is based in Harlow, Essex. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

If you contact us by email, phone or the enquiry form, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage our service at your site. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years, or for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and then delete them.

Card payments at our machines

Card payments at our machines are processed by our payment provider. We don't receive or store full card numbers.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@mcfallvending.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
